The design process often suffers when self-proclaimed “experts” impose personal preferences, diverting focus from user needs. Requests for unnecessary features, mimicry of competitors, and vague aesthetic changes can compromise the original vision. To maintain design integrity, clear documentation, user testing, and diplomatic communication with stakeholders are essential.
